The company started when three have decided to put up an interior design firm in 2008, the three being already in the construction industry. Setting up the company was an idea brought about by Arch. Calixto, Mary Ann Ng a former employee of Contract Design, and Katrina Abaloyan, employed as well by the same firm. A4DESIGN was a company name thought of by Ms. Ng.
Some of the their first projects were Lopez Group companies and Robinson’s Land Corp. (Sonata showroom) and a residential project in Hillsborough Alabang.
Then a new team has decided to continue the company and one of the projects from this new team were in Berkeley Residences in Katipunan, till they ventured out in with more condo fit out project in various developments such as Vista Land, Ayala etc. and started to perform office renovation works in Hanston Square, Optima plaza, Benpres etc.
Then eventually, the two latter team decided to go on their own endeavors and just performed a few more projects on 2014. One of the sole pioneer partner remaining in A4DESIGN decided to convert the partnership into corporation, adapting a new name “A4DEVELOPMENT & BUILDERS, CORP.” Previously held its offices and warehouse in Mandaluyong, and now running it’s office in Quezon city and Sta. Rosa Laguna under its new brand name A4D MARKETING INC., and brand name DEZYN SOLUTIONS LTD.
